Swiss Taste Week

Taste Week in Switzerland is a national event that celebrates the pleasure of good food and the diversity of flavours.

From 17 to 27 September, workshops, tastings, encounters and activities are organised throughout Switzerland to showcase local products and traditional craftsmanship, while raising awareness of seasonal and sustainable consumption.

At the Alimentarium, we celebrate those who craft authentic products. Come and meet our guests, all passionate and committed, and take part in a wide range of activities that will allow you to (re)discover the exhibition “SYSTEMA ALIMENTARIUM. Towards a Great Food Revolution?”, get hands-on in cooking workshops, taste local products, and explore the theme of milk through our scientific activities.

Fun tour – The Milk Notebook

Take the opportunity to (re)discover the museum’s exhibition and collections through a playful trail highlighting milk in all its forms. The Milk Notebook is available at the museum reception during the ten days of Taste Week and includes a competition where you can win vouchers for “Vaud Certified Here” products in various local shops across the region, thanks to our partner Vaud Promotion!
