For over 130 years, the cheese dairy in Moudon has been a longstanding institution in the dairy landscape of French-speaking Switzerland.
This former cheese-making school keeps a living heritage alive by transforming milk from nearby farms into a wide range of soft cheeses. Recently taken over by two enthusiasts, Grégoire Kern and Lukas Bucheli, it continues to evolve with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to sustainable development.
