Located in the Vaud Broye region for two generations, the Rapin family has been producing “Le Maréchal”, a traditionally crafted raw milk cheese aged with herbs.
Every day, 14 regional producers supply their milk, ensuring a close connection to local terroir and high-quality raw materials.
