Guided tours of the exhibition or the garden
To help you discover the exhibition, we are offering a range of guided tours to explore the many issues surrounding sustainable food.
The tours are designed to provoke thought and encourage dialogue, allowing you to question our relationship with food: how is food produced, transported and consumed? How is it perceived by our five senses and assimilated by our bodies? The backdrop to this is the issues surrounding resource management, food security, agricultural production and many other aspects of sustainability on a global scale.
