									Broth soluble capsule
Since the invention of his legume -based flours in 1882, Julius Maggi has based the development of the products marketed under his name on scientific research to ensure their nutritional benefits. While Henri Nestlé promoted his Milk flour (see AL5054) as a medicine, notably through publications, Maggi innovated by using the packaging of its products to convey this idea. That's why its Arôme bottle (see AL8321) was designed like the ones you'd find in a chemist's shop, and its broth was marketed in paraffin capsules that were also reminiscent of pharmacopoeia.
