Sebastian Dieguez (PhD) is a neuroscience researcher and neuropsychologist at the Laboratory of Cognitive and Neurological Science of the University of Fribourg, where he researches bodily awareness, bilingualism and representations of randomness. He writes regularly for Cerveau & Psycho and Le Temps. He is the author of Maux d’Artistes: ce que cachent les oeuvres, 2010 and co-editor of Literary Medicine: Brain disease and doctors in novels, theater and film, 2013.
Ian Ferguson is the director of PostlerFerguson, a London-based design consultancy that works across the entire product ecosystem, from branding and packaging to digital and production. At MIT, the company’s 2013 exhibition “Personal Space” presented designs for cooking and living in the private space stations of the future.
After a doctoral dissertation on the transformations of Swiss agriculture at the beginning of the 21st century, Jérémie Forney specialised in the study of agricultural and food systems, particularly in relation to contemporary environmental issues. He conducts his research and teaches at the Institute of Anthropology at Université de Neuchâtel.
Vera Franke is an exhibition designer whose office Franke | Steinert is based in Berlin. Sie teaches at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and at the Berlin Universtiy of the Arts. Since 2007 she is a lecturer in the Department of Cultural Analysis at the Zurich University of the Arts.
Sophie Gaitzsch has been working as a journalist for LargeNetwork since February 2013. Her preferred articles treat subjects related to economics, politics or society. She previously worked for four years for the Swiss Telegraphic Agency in Bern and Zurich, then for a year as a freelance journalist in New York. Sophie holds a diploma from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva.
