Since 2005, William Türler has been working as a journalist for various publications in French-speaking Switzerland. His favorite topics are the economy, innovation, watchmaking, gastronomy and the hotel industry.
Marie Ange Unbekandt lived in Mexico for four years. During this time, she fell in love with Mexican food and furthered her knowledge of it by surveying markets and meeting with Mexican chefs and families. She shares her discoveries on her blog www.saveursmexicaines.com. She currently lives in the suburbs of Paris, where she works as a food photographer.
