Let’s prepare the treasures of our vegetable garden together!

Join us for a festive and friendly moment. The kitchen is open to all museum visitors, and the delicious creations are offered for tasting.

  • Cooking workshops from 2pm to 3pm for all visitors, from 6 years old if accompanied by an adult, or from 10 years old independently.
  • From 3:00 pm, the kitchen is open to all museum visitors for a time of sharing and tasting (activity included in the admission ticket).
This activity is conducted in French only.
The Breakfast Jewel – Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 January

 

Beneath its soft brown skin, the kiwi is ready to be picked! This winter fruit with emerald-green flesh, naturally rich in pectin, is perfect for making a homemade jam that will awaken your taste buds.

The Comforting Scent of Leek – Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March

Green and white, tender and crunchy, the leek can be used in soup, quiche, gratin… Essential in a bouquet garni, it flavours the finest broths and even oils! Discover all the secrets of this winter vegetable.

Cabbage Head – Saturday 28 and Sunday 24 March

The jewel of the winter vegetable garden is indeed the cabbage! Round, meaty, and generous, it is transformed into tasty dishes simmered before your eyes in the museum kitchen.
