Join our leaders in the kitchen for a festive and convivial meal. On the programme: preparing seasonal products, putting it in jars, and tips on how to make the pleasure last while respecting the cycle of the seasons. The kitchen is open to all visitors, and the delicacies made will be generously shared with all those who help us!
This activity is being offered to the public as part of the Alimentarium's 40th anniversary celebrations.

July - Pesto presto!
Ready for a marathon of flavours? The challenge is on: for a whole afternoon, our culinary team will be preparing green pesto. From picking the herbs to the ritual of using a mortar and pestle to crush the nuts and pine nuts, those who help us will go home with a jar of homemade pesto!
August - Salsa di pomodoro!
A summer afternoon dedicated to making tomato sauce, just like in Italy! Washing, pruning, slicing, simmering and jarring in a festive, friendly atmosphere! Anyone who helps out will go home with a jar of homemade sugo!
