Trained as a geographer, Stéphanie is intrigued by the sociological and cultural dimension of food. She works for the LargeNetwork press agency in Geneva.

After studying political science, Hannah Schlaepfer developed a penchant for magazine and audiovisual media. She is always willing to debate politics, fashion or even sport!

Olivier Lepiller is the author of a thesis on criticism levelled against industrial food in France (late 1960-2010), a study of the origins, circulation and effects of such criticism, and of how food producers reacted. He is a researcher at the Cirad (Centre de coopération internationale en recherche agronomique pour le développement), UMR MOISA (Unité mixte de recherche Marchés, organisations, institutions et stratégies d'acteurs), focusing on eating habits in an urban environment, nutrition transition and the sustainability of innovations with regard to food, mainly in Africa, Asia and South America.

Katell Bosser founded K etc - L’agence de rédaction in 2009. Together with her team of editors, she creates content for companies. Endowed with insatiable curiosity, she accumulates qualifications and roles like other people collect holiday souvenirs. A graduate in communication sciences and a specialist in public relations, she is also a permaculturist, restaurateur, nurse, trainer, mentor and mother. What is her current passion? The evolution of learning methods thanks to digital technology.

Sophie Gaitzsch has been working as a journalist for LargeNetwork since February 2013. Her preferred articles treat subjects related to economics, politics or society. She previously worked for four years for the Swiss Telegraphic Agency in Bern and Zurich, then for a year as a freelance journalist in New York. Sophie holds a diploma from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva.

Robert Gloy has been working for the Geneva-based media agency LargeNetwork since January 2015. He writes in German and French for various media outlets in Switzerland, with a preference for topics related to the economy, society and new technologies. He has also developed expertise in creating infographics. Robert Gloy holds a Master’s degree in Franco-German journalism from the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg and the Université de Strasbourg School of Journalism.

Blandine loves history and gastronomy. She works for the LargeNetwork media agency in Geneva. She has a master’s degree in journalism from Sciences Po Grenoble.

Céline Bilardo holds a master’s degree in journalism from the Université de Neuchâtel. She has been working as a journalist for the LargeNetwork media agency since 2014. She is inspired by various topics relating to health and culture.

Hannah is an Australian Dietitian working in creative and innovative food education. Having qualifications in both nutrition and visual arts, she is passionate about bringing the two worlds together. One of her recent achievements was co-founding an award-winning season of unique food events titled Post Dining at the 2016 Adelaide Fringe Festival. Hannah is particularly interested in sustainable food, interactive nutrition education, native ingredients and edible insects.

Since 2005, William Türler has been working as a journalist for various publications in French-speaking Switzerland. His favorite topics are the economy, innovation, watchmaking, gastronomy and the hotel industry.
