Description / Introduction:

Palomino sauce is a creamy, tomato-based pasta sauce that blends the tang of marinara with the richness of a classic cream sauce. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and has a comforting, velvety finish that coats pasta beautifully. Often served in Italian-American kitchens, this sauce works wonders with penne, fettuccine, or even over grilled chicken. What makes it truly special is how easy it is to prepare with basic ingredients — yet the result tastes restaurant-quality. This version adds garlic and a touch of spice for a little extra depth, making it perfect for cozy dinners or when you want to impress without overcomplicating things.
