“Mr Fabry acquires, both in his own name and in that of Mr Boutin, by a deed passed before the notaries of Port-au-Prince of Mr de La Lanne, intendant in St-Domingue, a plantation at Cul-de-Sac with the buildings, livestock, and negroes (sic) attached.”
