Festive Culinary Workshop
To celebrate the end of the year, a special menu has been prepared for you.
On the menu:
- Chestnut velouté with foie gras crumble
- Perfectly cooked egg with a clear sauce of herbs and mushrooms, with truffle soldiers
- Ginger and mandarin panna cotta
Schedule: From 17:30
Duration: 3.15 hours (2 hours for the workshop, 1.15 hours for the meal)
Price: CHF 220.00 per person
Minimum 10, maximum 12 participants

You also have the option to select two dishes out of the three offered for a shorter version:
Duration: 2.10 hours (1.20 hours for the workshop, 50 minutes for the meal)

Workshop option 1:
For a birthday, a bachelorette/bachelor party, a team building activity or simply to learn new techniques. The workshop is divided into two parts: preparation of your menu with 2 dishes of your choice: Starter + Main course or Main course + Dessert, followed by sharing the meal with the Chef at the table:

Duration: 2.5 hours (1.30/45 hours for the workshop, 45 minutes for the meal)
Price: CHF 140.00 per person
Minimum 10, maximum 32 participants
Starting from 23 participants, the group will be divided in two
Good to know: 2-course menu (self-service): Like a real Chef, you will plate your own dishes
Workshop option 2:
Create your three-course meal! You will be accompanied by a chef who will explain the techniques of cutting, cooking, and plating. Each menu is centered around a particular technique. After the preparations, you can enjoy your delicious creations in a convivial atmosphere with the Chef:
