Culinary workshops

Your safety and the safety of our staff is our utmost priority. Hence all our activities have been adapted to the FOPH guidelines. All health and safety precautions in the Museum are to ensure you have a safe visit.

According to the current restrictions in the Canton of Vaud, we can welcome a maximum of 9 participants per culinary workshop in our FoodAcademy.

This workshop will reveal how soya is processed and how to make miso paste. Other enticing recipes are in store too, such as making soya sauce and soya milk. You’ll come away with a real taste of Asia!

Alimentarium culinary workshops

The Alimentarium restaurant hosts cookery workshops run by a professional chef, an opportunity for individuals and groups to discover new skills, specialities and recipes which nourish their senses and feed their curiosity. Every afternoon, come along and create specialities based on a monthly theme specially chosen by our chefs.

Times: During public and school holidays, from Tuesday to Friday, from 15:00 to 16:00
Price: CHF 30.00 per participant
