In this workshop, you get to know an unusual foodstuff: chicken liver! It’s your chance to make your own tube of liver pâté to spread on delicious sandwiches served with a seasonal salad. Top it all off with a refreshing fruit gratin and a sabayon… There’s nothing awful about that!
