Cookery workshops for schools are available in our JuniorAcademy and/or our FoodAcademy from Tuesday 2 June.
This workshop on pumpkins of all colours gives you the opportunity to experiment with such reactions. Join our chefs and be brave, put some unusual colours on your plate!
Culinary workshops for schools
The Alimentarium FoodAcademy, hosts cookery workshops run by a professional chef. These are a perfect opportunity for school groups to discover new skills, specialities and recipes to nourish their senses and feed their curiosity.
On Tuesday afternoon, bring your class to the Museum to create specialities based on a monthly theme specially chosen by our chefs. Let your pupils delve into the fascinating world of food and nutrition by adding a tour of the permanent exhibition, with a guide or at your own discretion.
Times: Tuesday from 14:15 to 15:15 / from 15:45 to 16:45
Price: flat fee of CHF 120.00 for 12 participants
