A delicious programme awaits, with vegan biscuits and plant-based milk for making chai tea.

In this workshop, adults and children team up to create a speciality to take home.

The JuniorAcademy throws open its doors to children and an accompanying adult to enjoy a workshop together. On the menu...exploring different kinds of food and discovering a recipe to concoct together. But, before donning their aprons, all our young and grown-up chefs get a chance to find out more about food and nutrition through a fun-filled activity in our interactive area.

Your safety and the safety of our staff is our utmost priority. Hence all our activities have been adapted to the FOPH guidelines. All health and safety precautions in the Museum are to ensure you have a safe visit.

According to the current restrictions in the Canton of Vaud, we can welcome a maximum of 9 participants per culinary workshop in our FoodAcademy.

Practical informations

  • Times: the first two Saturdays of the month from 10:00 to 12:45
  • Tuesday to Sunday, from 13:30 to 16:15 (during school holidays only)
  • Price: CHF 65.00 1 child and 1 adult
  • Age: 6-12 years

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of each workshop. ​Online reservation essential. ​
